A couple weeks of use won’t hurt, but I wouldn’t use a facial cleanser way past the expiration date. This is to ensure you won’t get irritated or break out. On the other hand, I know the shower gels, for example, are pretty good for use after their expiration date.

its also works well to split up a supply of something and freeze say, half of it. that way the natural ingredients (which causes it to expire anyway) will last a bit longer
